I have reopened for face to face appointments, in accordance to the Government’s and our governing body guidelines. You now have the option of an in-person appointment at my surgery or an E-appointment from your location.

In-Person Appointment

E-Appointment

I am still able to provide online and telephone consultations. If you are in pain please call or email as I can provide advice, guidance and reassurance.

I can guide you through gentle mobilising and relieving stretches, and send you an individualised exercise program. I can also show you how to self-treat using, balls, bands and foam rollers.

what to expect

You can email me to book your E-appointment. I will send you a link to connect via Zoom. You do not need to download any App or software, as the video connection will automatically open directly into your browser. 

During your online consultation with me, we will go through a full case history or health update with you, observe your alignment and movement patterns and then discuss with you appropriate advice, lifestyle changes, pain-relief, prognosis and reassurance. We will guide you through gentle mobilising and relieving stretches, and send you an individualised exercise program through Rehab my patient. I can also show you how to self-treat using, balls, bands and foam rollers.
